JUNIOR CLINIC, COACHING AND REFEREE COURSES – (COURSE CONFIRMED – RSVP)

• Community Coaching Course – THIS COURSE IS NOW CONFIRMED – BOOK NOW !!
  GET ACCREDITED AS A COMMUNITY TRIATHLON COACH –
  A course in accordance with ITU standards and guidelines IS NOW CONFIRMED. It will run on two consecutive weekends.
  
  DATE CONFIRMED (4 Day course - 27 / 28 September 2008 and 4 / 5 October 2008),
  VENUE confirmed (CBC Boksburg)
  INSTRUCTORS BOOKED -
  
  You will receive Certification on completion of this course. All interested parties to RSVP urgently to book their place. Any questions and additional information - Call Frans 083 602 1836.
  
  
• Competitive Coaching Course
  A course is planned for the end of this year or beginning of 2009. The Competitive Coaching Course will run for 6 consecutive days and will be held in accordance with ITU standards and guidelines.
  
  The proposed dates for course at this stage are 8 / 13 December 2008 or 7 / 12 January 2009.
  
  
• Junior Clinics
  Junior clinics ideally should be held every two weeks. The aim - to assist juniors new to the sport of triathlon and to help juniors develop training habits and routines appropriate to their age and abilities.
  
  The proposed dates for clinics at this stage are 21 September 2008, 12 October 2008 and 30 November 2008.
  
  NOTE:- Senior Athletes and Parents – In respect of the above we thank all of those who have already offered and helped so far. As with the Technical Officials Course below and the junior clinics, we really need your assistance. If you haven’t pledged your active support as yet, please consider doing so! We need and would appreciate your expertise, experience and good will and support! Craig is waiting for your e-mail or phone call!!
  
  
• Technical Officials Course – Level 1
  A course is planned for the end of this year. The Technical Officials Course will run for half a day (5 hours) with Race Training ongoing thereafter under the supervision and guidance of qualified Officials. The course will be will be held in accordance with ITU standards and guidelines. More details on the course will be made available shortly.
